Returns and Refunds
At Flagpole Express Ltd we want you to be happy with your flags and flagpoles. If you are not satisfied, simply return the item to us in its original packaging and in unused condition within 7 days of receipt. You are required to return the Delivery Note that was supplied with the goods once we have received and inspected the goods we will then we issue a refund within 30 days receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.
Please note: The items must be packaged carefully for the return delivery as we cannot provide refunds for goods returned with damage the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, delivery charges are only refundable if the goods are faulty, refunds cannot be made for custom fabricated, printed and any non-standard items.
Flagpole Express carriage charges are based on normal carriers, these services are not guaranteed. Should the carrier fail to deliver they cannot be held accountable and neither can Flagpole Express for the cost of either the carriage or the goods. If you require a guarantee that your goods will arrive for a specific date then the only service we would offer would be door to door, prices are available subject to final destination. Alternatively you are always welcome to arrange your own collection if this is more suitable to you.
Some of our products are not held in our stock and will be manufactured specially to order. Because of this any order that is placed cannot subsequently be amended, cancelled or returned. In the event that they are, costs incurred by Flagpole Express will be charged.
When weather conditions reach 35 km/h Beaufort scale 7 these conditions are no longer considered normal and we can accept no liability for any damage caused to or by our product.
